Classic Cuff-Down Sock Class

This is a beginner sock-knitting class that uses the One Sock pattern from The Fibre Company. The socks are knit on double-pointed needles (DPNs) from the cuff to the toe. There will be a prep tutorial session for those unfamiliar with working on DPNs. This class is perfect for anyone who has wanted to make socks but hasn’t yet taken the plunge.
You are required to purchase the One Sock pattern booklet as this will be what the class is working off of. The hard copy is $12 and the digital pattern is $6 on Ravelry. You can purchase either at Knit Whit’s. One Sock also comes with a sock knitting guide, so it is really more than just a pattern. It is also HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you use The Fibre Company’s sock yarn Amble because that is the yarn the pattern is designed for and using a different yarn may get a different gauge.
Prerequisites: You should be familiar with knitting in the round and know how to knit and purl.
